Training

We take care that each crew member feels identified with our company and with the company with whom they are going to work on board, to optimize their behavior and work during their contract period.

Keep officers updated on maritime matters, latest IMO advances and up to date with STCW, MARPOL and SOLAS. Present a good education and training plan for cadets that we can supply to different companies. We have institutions in the capital of Venezuela and even scheduled courses with the Caribbean Maritime University to update the knowledge of our officers and crew in general.
